General Information
Q: Is Batya's Kitchen Kosher certified?
A: Yes! We are Kosher Certified by the Tarnopol Kashrus Hashgacha.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: A: Our office hours are 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
You may email or WhatsApp us after hours; we will respond as soon as possible.
Production
Q: Are all your food items gluten-free?
A: Yes, all of our Pesach menu items are completely gluten-free.
Q: Are your menu items Non-Gebrokts?
A: Yes, all of our menu items are Non-Gebrokts.
Q: What type of facility do you operate?
A: We operate a meat facility, and all production is done using meat utensils.
Q: Are you a nut-free facility?
A: No, we are not a nut-free facility. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order. We cannot assume responsibility for airborne allergies.
Q: How are your food items packaged?
A: All food items are shipped fully frozen to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Q: Do you use mushrooms in your Pesach production?
A: No. We do not use mushrooms at all in our Pesach production.
Q: Which vegetables are checked under Heimishe hashgachas?
A: Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, blueberries, and strawberries are checked and frozen under trusted Heimishe hashgachas.
Q: Do you use garlic in your Pesach production?
A: Yes, we use fresh garlic and garlic spices with reliable Kosher L'Pesach hashgacha.
Q: Do you peel all vegetables in your Pesach production?
A: No. We do not require all vegetables to be peeled for Pesach. We follow standard, widely accepted Pesach practices.
Storage
Q: When should I prepare my freezer for delivery? A: Your freezer should be ready to accept your order at least two weeks before Pesach.
Q: Can you store my order if I'm not ready to receive it? A: Yes. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from receiving your order when it's ready, we will store it at no additional charge until the scheduled delivery day.
Q: Do you store orders destined for vacation rentals? A: Absolutely! We store all vacation-rental orders until their scheduled delivery date.

Q: When are the last delivery dates before Pesach?
- Last Hand Delivery: Tuesday, March 31, 2026
- Last FedEx Ship Date: Monday, March 30, 2026
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
- FedEx Priority Overnight in insulated dry-ice boxes.
- Private Trucking Service for Orlando and South Florida through our trusted freight partners
Q: What are your box sizes and shipping fees?

Note: FedEx imposes a $30 surcharge on boxes exceeding 50 lbs. We weigh each box before shipment and notify you if the surcharge applies.
Q: Do you offer special packing for international travel?
A: Yes! Suitcase/airplane packing is available and includes:
double wrapping, Ziploc bags, and bubble wrap if needed.
Cost: $60 per box
Q: What days do you offer Fedex Shipping?
A: We ship Monday-Wednesday.
We generally do not ship on Thursday to avoid Shabbos complications.
If the customer agrees to accept the risk, we will ship on Thursday.
Heading to Florida? Here Are Your Shipping Options:
Orlando:
Private trucking with hand-delivery Monday or Tuesday before Pesach.
Cost: $95 per box
Hand Delivery for South Florida Includes these areas:
Hand delivery via Pesach Delivered on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
Cost: $200 per box
Once booked, you may add luggage or other items for an additional fee by coordinating directly with Pesach Delivered.
For Locals & Early Arrivals:
FedEx might be your best option if you will be in Florida the week before Pesach or earlier.
Cost: $165 per box.

Chol Hamoed Deliveries:
We strongly recommend receiving your order before Pesach.If Chol Hamoed delivery is needed, please arrange it in advance.
- Chol Hamoed Shipping Fee: $150
(This fee is in addition to regular shipping charges.)
- Delivery Options:
• Have your order delivered before Pesach to avoid the $150 fee
• Take your box with you when you travel
• Ship via FedEx on Monday, April 6, 2026
Important Note:
Do not rely on FedEx arrival for same-day meals, as delays may occur.
